What can you make with plain cards, baker’s twine, and glue? Turns out gorgeous homemade Christmas cards for the holiday season! Grab a few supplies and make the different versions of cards that I have below. They are all really quick and easy to make yourself and your family and friends will love that handmade touch.
Supplies needed to make your own homemade Christmas cards with baker’s twine:
Write a sentiment on the inside or use something like scrapbook letter stickers to spell it out. Either way, these have to be the easiest cards ever!
While I had the baker’s twine out, why not add some lights! I was on a mission to create unique and fun homemade Christmas cards this holiday season. I think this string of lights Christmas card really fits the bill. Plus it is really so easy to make that you can give these to everyone on your holiday card list.
- Blank Cards (I used Silver)
- Christmas Baker’s Twine
- Flat Back Miniature Lights (2 packages)
- Letter Stickers
- Tacky Glue
First I added a holiday sentiment to the inside of the card using the letter stickers. My tip here is to purposefully make the placement random so that any that get off look like you meant to do it that way.
A fun way to celebrate the holiday season in style and show your recipient that you care. Plus, these homemade Christmas cards only takes minutes to make. Grab your supplies and get started on these string of light Christmas cards today.
