The season of Christmas can get away from you in you aren’t paying close enough attention. I always like to have a back up plan in case I’ve cut my shopping time a little close or if I decide I’d like to create a more personalized gift that focuses more on the quality time instead of the quantity of stuff. One super easy way that I’ve found to combat any issue that might come my way is to have a Christmas printable coupon book (or three) on hand. With fifteen different coupon options plus a bonus blank coupon you can fill in yourself, these sweet little printable coupon books can work for kids or significant others alike!
Supplies needed to make your own printable coupon book gift:
- White Core’dinations Cardstock
- Scissors OR Large Format Paper Trimmer
- 1/8 inch Hole Punch
- Black and White Baker’s Twine
- Printable Coupon Book Pages < click to print
- Printer
Step one. Download the christmas coupon book files and print them on to the white card stock. Using either the paper trimmer or a quality pair of scissors, trim around the gray outline for each coupon.
Step two. Use the hole punch to create two small holes on the cover of the coupon book. I chose to eye ball where I punched my holes, but you could absolutely measure them out if you’d like to be more precise.
Use the cover of the coupon book as a template for where to punch the remaining coupons. Line up the coupon behind the cover and match the holes when punching the new ones.
Step three. Thread a piece of the twine though the two holes and tie it off with a bow. I chose to create a bow in lieu of a knot so it would be easy for the recipient to remove the coupons when they choose to put them to use.
Voila! Your simple Christmas printable coupon book is ready to go in only a matter of minutes and will provide fun opportunities for the recipient for weeks or months to come!
