Adding a touch of neon to your home or front door is easy with this neon pom pom wreath. Neon is everywhere you look these days. Why not jump on the trend in our homes as well? A bright and fun addition that will add some cheer. Grab your hot glue guns and lets get started!
Supplies needed to make your own neon pom pom DIY wreath:
- Neon Pom Poms (I used almost 3 bags)
- 12 inch Wreath Form
- Satin Ribbon
- Hot Glue Gun
There are a variety of sizes of pom poms in the bags. I started with the largest pom poms and went around the inside of the form first. Just secure each pom pom with a dot of hot glue.
I then continued with the largest size around the outside.
Then, just fill in randomly with the various size pom poms. I went from largest to smallest size pom pom as I was filling in my wreath.
The picture below is what I had left from my three bags of pom poms when my wreath was complete. So yes, you really do need three bags of pom poms. Also, I made my neon pom pom wreath very, very full but I think it looks best that way!
The smallest pom poms work well to add around the top and sides.
Just wrap a length of the ribbon around the wreath and hot glue to the back. Use it to hang your wreath on a door or anywhere in your home.
Your wreath is now ready to display! I added it to my spring mantle which I made oh so colorful to reflect the wreath. I hope you enjoyed this wreath tutorial and will consider adding a little neon fun to your home this spring.
