I am so excited to get started on spring crafts around here. Every year I have a BIG Easter party for my family and friends. It’s a day we can all enjoy together and it’s become a fun tradition for us. We always set up a beautiful tablescape. This year I really wanted to make some pretty Easter place settings for the adult table.
Supplies needed to make your own Easter place settings:
- Birds Nest
- Copper Place Card Picks
- Mini Speckled Eggs
- Glitter Spray
- Hot Glue
- Copper Spray Paint
- Place Cards
I gathered up all my supplies to get started on this craft!
Step 1 – Spray Paint Nests.
I used some copper spray paint and painted both sides of all the nests. Let dry 25 minutes.
After they were dry I went over lightly with some glitter spray. Gotta add some sparkle right?!!
Step 2 – Add Your Eggs.
After the glitter spray has dried, you can add your eggs. I used a low temp glue gun to help keep the eggs in place.
Step 3 – Add Place Card Picks.
Now it’s time to add the place card picks. These were a little longer then I wanted, so I used some wire cutters to cut to the size needed.
I added some hot glue in between the eggs and firmly placed the picks inside. To make sure they stay straight hold the picks until the hot glue has dried.
See how perfect these Easter place settings turned out!! Such a fast craft to get done in a day.
