Turn boring candles into fabulous DIY candle gifts for Mother’s Day with sticker paper and today’s easy tutorial. After today you’re going to want to add gorgeous labels to candles and gift them to all your favorite people.
Hi my crafty friends! I’m back with another candle project and I’m pretty sure this is the easiest one yet. It also happens to be a fabulous Mother’s Day gift that’s perfect for all the great moms in our lives. And, let’s be honest, we all love candles and adding a special label makes it extra special.
Today I’m going to show you just how easy it is to turn candles into easy DIY candle gifts with sticker paper and a free printable I’ve created.
Supplies needed to make your own Mother’s Day DIY candle gifts:
First download the adorable labels I’ve created – because we all know that life doesn’t come with a manual. It comes with a mother. Load the sticker paper into your printer and print them out. Then cut them out. The labels are 3 inches x 3 inches so make sure your candles are taller than 3 inches.
Next, peel the backing off the label, center the label, and adhere to the candle.
And, that’s it!
How easy was that?
There’s nothing better than an easy craft project that also happens to be a meaningful gift that smells good.
Feel free to create your own stickers with a favorite quote. You could also add a favorite photo to make it a personalized gift. Use free websites like Canva and PicMonkey to add clip art, photos, and personalized messages to make labels for all your favorite candles.
Happy crafting! I hope I’ve inspired you to make decorative candles for Mother’s Day. This is an easy craft project and remember – if I can do it, you can do it!
