Hello guys! It’s Aki again from Minted Strawberry. This month I’m sharing how easy it is to make cute matching DIY pendant charms for you and your best friend or sister. The heart theme is just perfect for Valentine’s Day! Give your bestie something to remember you by! I created these for my sister and me so she’ll always remember me since we live far away from each other and I don’t get the chance to talk to her much.
- Core’dinations Glitter Prints Paper
- Silver Square Frame Charms
- Forever & Always Printable (download it here)
- Jump Rings
- Ring Clasp
- Darice Flat Nose Pliers (having the whole set is a good investment)
- Beadalon Cable Chain
- Acrylic Heart Charms (optional)
Step One. Download and print the design provided on the printable Glitter Prints paper. You can also design your own and size it according to the frame charms you have. I used square pendant trays that have a dimension of 25 mm.
Step Three. If your DIY pendant charms come with a resin cover, attach your resin cover once the glue has dried. If your charm doesn’t come with a resin cover, use a water-based sealer to cover and protect your printed material. It will also give it a nice, finished gloss. If you are using a sealer, wait for it to dry (depending on the thickness of sealer you put on, you might have to wait between a few hours up to a day for it to finish curing).
