Are you looking for a quick and easy, yet personalized gift? This simple DIY beaded bracelet wrap might be just the answer! They take less than an hour to make and the supplies (and skills!) are minimal.
The matte jewel tones and the shiny gold make this a pretty jewelry choice for Christmas and the holiday season!
Supplies needed to make your own DIY beaded bracelet wraps:
- Strong, Thick Jewelry Wire (I used 20 gauge copper wire in Parrot)
- Large Matte and Shiny Seed Beads. I used:
- Jewelry Pliers
- Double Cup Loop Connectors
Step Two. Select which beads you would like to use. I used the bronze on the middle of one DIY beaded bracelet and on the ends of the second. I added the burgundy beads to the ends of the bronze bracelet and the metallic green/blue to the center of the second.
Step Three. String beads by placing the wire into the hole and lifting the bead up onto the length of wire. Remember, try not to disturb the natural curve of the wire!
Step Four. Once the entire length of wire is beaded, leaving an inch or so empty at the ends, secure by wrapping the wire around the base of a double cup connector and closing the connector with pliers.
Step Five. To wrap, follow the curve of the wire and tightly wrap the DIY beaded bracelet around your wrist. Release and the bracelet will expand slightly, but still fit snugly to the wrist. Gift or enjoy yourself!
