Happy Valentine’s Day! Wouldn’t it be fun to have a way to display little Valentine cards, wallet sized photos and other mementos? This photo display is kind of like a scrapbook on a stand, where you can show off your current favorites and change them out easily. I’ve made mine with a “love” theme and my most current family photos, but you could easily make yours in other colors and themes. As an added bonus, this project takes less than 15 minutes to make!
To make your own hanging photo display:
Step one: Cover the flat edges of the earring stand with washi tape. I covered the front side, then the back, and repeated again. This helped keep the seams hidden.
Step two: Use the mini clothespins to attach pictures and embellishments to your stand. I used scrapbook embellishments to make a little banner and then added family photos. (Photos courtesy of Brown Eyed Girl Photography).
The display stand is the perfect size to keep on a desk or counter. It’s a great way to show off wallet sized pictures, and even clip notes or tickets to! You could even change it up each season with a different color washi tape and different colored clothespins. Have fun customizing your photo display to suit your style!
