I wanted a little something to brighten up my craft space. I found some wall art letters at Anthropologie that I fell in love with. At 16 bucks a letter they were just a tad bit out of my price range. So I decided to create my own wall art letters inspired by that bright and bold design I liked!
- Mod Podge
- Foam Brushes
- X-Acto Knife
- Scrapbook Paper ( I used Embellish By Dena)
- Paper Mache Letters (I used 8 inch)
- Acrylic Craft Paint ( I used Grey, Turquoise, and Orange)
Step two: Once the sides of your letters have been painted, trace the letters. Be sure to flip the letters before tracing! You don’t want to trace the letter backward. Cut out your scrapbook paper letter.
Step four: Using an X-Acto knife, carefully cut around the edges of the scrapbook paper. This gives it a nice even edge. Once the paper has been trimmed, sand the paper along the edges using a nail file.
