If you’re planning a wedding, you know just how expensive and time consuming things can be! We’re here to help with these three inexpensive and quick wedding chair decor ideas. There are three different styles that can be customized to match any wedding and all the supplies are easily available from ConsumerCrafts. With so much to plan and make for a wedding, at least the chair decor will be easy!
Supplies needed to make your own pennant flag chair decor:
Step 1. Draw out the letters on the wood pennant flags. You can either freehand them or use carbon paper to transfer printed letters.
Step 2. String the pennant flags onto the sheer ivory ribbon.
Step 3. Tie onto your wedding reception chairs and enjoy your wedded bliss!
Supplies needed to make your own wire chair decor:
Step 1. Cut a long piece of the glitter wire and begin to form your cursive letters with the pliers. Make sure to leave loops on the ends to attach the ribbon.
Step 2. Tie a piece of ribbon long enough to go around your chair from one end to the other.
Step 3. Hang on the back of your reception chairs and enjoy your special day!
Supplies needed to make your own chalkboard chair decor:
- 7×10 inch Wood Framed Chalkboards
- White Graphite Transfer Paper
- White Paint Pen
- 2.5 inch Craft Burlap Ribbon
- Glue Gun and Sticks
Step 1. Print out your desired words and transfer them to the chalkboard with the graphite paper.
Step 2. Write over the transferred lines with a white permanent marker. You may have to go over the letters a couple times until the desired look is achieved.
Step 3. Attach burlap straps to the corners with a good amount of glue.
Step 4. So sweet and so easy, right? Just hang from the back of your chairs and bask in the feeling of true love!
Hope these ideas gave you a starting point for endless amounts of customization options for your wedding! Don’t forget to share pictures of your special (and crafty!) day with us on the Consumer Crafts Facebook page. Congrats on your future marriage!
